Ta-Da! Kari's 60 min bread recipe...
This is the 2nd time I've made it this week, only this time I added some wheat germ and doubled the batch. It's delicious and I encourage you to try it. (But it took me probably 90 min rather than 60. But if you read "60 min", you'll be more likely to try making it.)

Those are beautiful loaves! I'll have to try the free-form thing next.
Kate and Kendra made the recipe too and so far we've all had good results.
