Sophie and Inès and Apolline walked up to our house to meet Jesse and Julie and Renae. Sophie also speaks Spanish, so she and Jesse and Julie chattered away. Kevin and I, of course, understood none of what they were saying. But it was fun to listen to. (Inès loves the Wonder Horse..."le cheval")
Saturday night, we were expecting surprise guests. Jesse and Julie thought just Dale's were coming, but didn't know about the TN clan.

After supper, we all gathered around the fire pit. And it was a chilly evening. We were so happy to see Austin and Alissa show up. She graduated with her Master's degree that same day in Speech Pathology.

i love that pic of kevin! he looks like a kid in a grown mans body! :) and i'm not sure who jesse is supposed to look like in that one pic so i'm anxious to hear who he looks like. miss you!

Julie, if you'd ever met my dad, you would see it. I think Jesse looks so much like him in that picture. And sometimes I can see my dad in Trey, but I don't think Trey and Jesse look anything alike.
Ohhh...and we miss you guys, too! We wish we could have our grandchildren (and their parents) around us all the time.
And, Kari...I would happily do "portraits" of you and Trey...come anytime! ;o)
