This was our welcoming committee upon arriving in Spain!




A few hours later, we picked up Trey and Kari at the airport. They flew up for the weekend...we were delighted they could come. It was a great reunion.

Jesse, Kevin, Renae, and I went for a walk one evening. We were in for a surprising treat. As we walked by the bull fighting arena, we saw that it was open....so we wandered in to see what we could see....

It was crowded in the back seat, but I don't think Grandpa minded one bit.

Julie made the Spanish dish, Paella one evening for supper.

It has a particular kind of rice (sorry, don't remember), red and green chopped peppers, diced chicken, broth, and spices.




It was fabulous!!! Julie, you can make that for us anytime!
